Miss Kari is completing her teaching practice with Upper Ket Stage 2 this week. She is teaching the class all about Charles Darwin. They have learned about his life, his voyages and his theory of evolution.
Whilst learning about his work on the Galapagos islands, Miss Kari presented an experiment in which children squashed and squished chocolate bars to represent the effects of the earth’s surface under forces such as tension and compression.
And then they got to eat the chocolate at the end!! What fun!!
